About me
Mary first studied at Trinity School of Natural Health in Warsaw, Indiana to become a Certified Holistic Health Professional. Afterwards, she went on to become a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor through the American Natural Wellness Practitioners Board, and she received her board certification in 2025. Before she became a naturopath, Mary spent 20 years working as a Registered Nurse.
Mary was trained in several different modalities, including Bach flower essences, RBTI, homeopathy, herbs, iridology, aromatherapy, Chinese medicine face reading, emotional regulation, breathing exercises, and crystals.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys baking, going for walks, and spending time with her two daughters.

A natural health assessment including your health history, face and tongue mapping, and natural health fundamentals with an emphasis on emotional health. A personalized list of recommendations and a gift of a custom blend of Bach Flower Essences will be given.
Iridology
Iridology looks at the eyes and maps the findings helping to give a clearer picture of the body systems that are asking for extra support.
RBTI - Reams Biological Theory of Ionization
A lab analysis of urine and saliva that pinpoints areas in the digestive system that are asking for extra support. A lab report with explanation and recommendations given.
Ionizing Foot Detox
This footbath is powered by ions that pull free radicals from the body through the large pores in the feet.

Naturopathy considers all aspects of a person’s health in order to find the best way to support the body’s natural healing response.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be billed 50% of the service fee. No shows will result in a 100% charge.

Unfortunately, naturopathy is not covered by insurance. Each session must be paid for privately.

The starting price is $100 per session.

Most sessions are about an hour in length. However, if optional add-ons have been chosen, sessions may take up to an hour and half.
Most people begin to see results in 1-2 weeks.

Everyone is welcome! Healthy living should be accessible to all, no matter how they identify.
